For those of you who have never been exposed to an anti-depressant or have never taken one, I want you to know that there are many things that you can do and things you can’t. I’m not going to lie and say that these things should be done to avoid the side effects. For example, if you are taking anti-depressants, you may decide to take them every day or every other day depending on the drug.
For those of us who have been taking anti-depressants for years, it’s pretty easy to know when to stop. The side effects are just a small part of the story. Some days you don’t feel like you are on your best, and that is really good news. Other days you feel like you are on your worst and that is not fun either. This is why you don’t take them all the time.
